Storm Basketball Refund Policy

1. General Policy Storm Basketball is committed to providing quality sports training. We understand that plans may change and we offer the following refund terms to accommodate your needs.

2. Medical Exceptions A prorated refund will be granted if a participant cannot complete the session due to a medical issue, verified by a medical certificate. The refund will be calculated based on the number of sessions remaining at the time the request is processed. A refund will be prorated if applicable.

3. Program Cancellations If Storm Basketball must cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, participants will receive a full refund. A refund will be prorated if applicable.

4. Credit Refunds We honor full credit refunds upon request for any conflicts with current camps. This credit will be applied directly to the player's profile on our account to use towards future camps, clinics, leagues, and team costs. A refund will be prorated if applicable.

5. Refunds Back to Funding Source

• For Injuries and Medical Cases: We offer full refunds directly back to the funding source for injuries and long-term medical cases that deem the player unable to participate. A refund will be prorated if applicable.
• Non-Medical Refunds: If already player has already participated in sessions, and a refund is requested back to the funding source without a medical reason, a 25% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. A refund will be prorated if applicable.
• Full Refunds Without Medical Excuse: Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date of any training session or league enrollment.

6. Processing Refunds are processed back to the original funding source within 14 business days of the approval of the refund request.

7. Non-Refundable Fees Any registration or administrative fees are non-refundable as they cover the initial costs of enrollment processing and administration.

8. Changes and Cancellations by Storm Basketball Storm Basketball reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, venue, or coaching staff as necessary. Changes will not generally affect the refund policy unless such changes significantly alter the program.
